Refund policy

At bulklaser.com, I want you to be happy with your purchase, but I also understand that issues can arise. Here’s how we handle returns:

General Return Policy

We have a 5-day return policy. This means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

Custom or personalized items, including those that have been engraved or printed, cannot be returned.

Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

To start a return, contact me directly. If your return is accepted, I’ll provide instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact me immediately so I can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Custom or personalized products, such as engraved or printed items.

Sale items or gift cards.

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, send me a message to clarify.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to place a new order and request a return for the original item (if eligible).

Refunds

Once I’ve received and inspected your return, I’ll let you know if your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If it’s been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved, please contact me for an update.
